Heard scented detergents aren’t great so I switched. It’s German, so I trust it.

Truly fragrance-free, not masked

Heard it was good so I searched it up and gave it a try~~~ I’m the sensitive type who gets a pounding headache or itchy, prickly skin from strong artificial scents or heavy woody and floral softeners, so I couldn’t even think about mainstream products. I wanted my clothes soft without any harsh scent, and while hunting around I found Klar’s fragrance-free softener with both German eco and vegan certifications. I bought it half doubtful, and I’ve now gone through several bottles. The biggest reason I chose it is that it’s genuinely fragrance-free, with no artificial fragrance and not even a masking scent to cover up odours. A lot of “fragrance-free” products on the market add a tiny bit of scent to hide the smell of the raw ingredients, but Klar has no smell at all, which was a revelation. When I open the washer right after a cycle, instead of a chemical smell or fake floral scent, there’s just a clean, neutral freshness, and I love that.

Less static, softer blankets

My baby has eczema, and I’d heard fragrance itself can trigger early puberty, so I never used fabric softener. With the weather getting drier, I looked for a fragrance-free softener and found this. No scent at all, and it really helps with static. Even after the dryer there’s way less static than with scented softeners hehe. My baby seems to love the soft blanket too hehe.
